Hosted by George Lamb (Wildfarmed) , with panelists Douglas McMaster (Silo), Ros Heathcote (Borough Broth) and Lulu Cox (SSAW Collective)


Benk&Bo are inviting Wildfarmed’s George Lamb for a conversation with three amazing panelists on regenerative agriculture and how everyday food choices can be transformed into environmental activism.

The panel talk will last for one hour, with the tail end being open for questions. After the talk the bar will be open and you can hang around until 10pm!

Douglas McMaster (Silo)
Douglas is a chef, author and owner of Silo - the UK’s first Zero Waste Restaurant. He’s an all-round driver for sustainability and creativity within food systems, to reduce waste and negative impact on the environment.

Ros Heathcote (Borough Broth)
Ros is founder of Borough Broth - a sustainability driven product which focuses on flavour, nutritional value and paying farmers fairly for consciously sourced ingredients.

Lulu Cox (SSAW Collective)
Lulu Cox, former sous chef at Rochelle Canteen, has spent the last two years researching regenerative agriculture and food supply chains. She is co-founder of SSAW Collective, a business focused upon advocating for positive ecological change in the food and floral industry through thought provoking events.
