Salt & Time: recipes from a Russian kitchen, is a debut cookbook from Alissa Timoshkina, chef and creator of the KinoVino supper clubs. In these new supper club series Alissa collaborates with her favourite women in food industry to create intimate dining experiences inspired by the dishes from Salt&Time. Olia Hercules is a trailblazing Ukrainian chef who introduced flavours of Eastern Europe to the West. Together, they will explore their shared experience of growing up in the Soviet Union and create dishes that are at once nostalgic and bang up to date!
