Do you ever feel trapped in your routine, like your mind is full of chatter telling you what you can't do and what won't work? Like your body is stiff or weak? What if you could let go of all the negativity, tension and constriction in your body and invite in positivity and space instead?

We can't promise a quick solution to all your problems but this could be the start of your journey in uncovering what's already in you! :) 

We will use the practice of Rocket-inspired yoga - moving through a playful sequence of asanas to the rhythm of your breath, helping you find space in your body and silence in your mind.

So what to expect from this two hour long workshop? Something for everyone - pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, physical movement with options suited to all levels - from gentle discovery of your abilities to challenging postures. And the aim? Leaving with a smile on your face and feeling like your body is a couple of inches taller and stronger!
