Detox and re-energise with a 60 min Vinyasa Flow followed by a chakra cleansing guided meditation and delicious vegetarian two course Ayurvedic Mexican brunch at the magical Benk + Bo. Prepare to stretch and detox the body, connect to the breath and give yourself some much needed relaxation time. Brunch will be provided by the wonderful Hayley Caine, including vegetarian recipes inspired by the irresistible Mexican cuisine, with an Ayurvedic twist. There will be plenty of treats along the way including Savasana massages, wellness goodie bags and plenty wonderful people to spend your Sunday with!

  • Brunch is served: 1pm-2:30pm
  • Guests depart: 2:30pm
