Romy Gill and Henrietta Inmans Summer Feast

Romy and Henrietta are delighted to come together to cook for you for one night only. Using recipes from Henrietta's new book and adding a 'Romy-twist', along with other wonderful dishes from both women created together, it's going to be a delicous summer's evening. Guests will receive a welcome drink and bites on arrival, followed by an abundant, colourful and fun, five-course sharing menu, in the beautiful surroundings of Benk + Bo.


Elderflower, saffron, mint & cardamom spritz


Broad bean, pea & mint cakes with London Fettle cheese, panch phoran & cucumber & mint raita

Samosa chaat, samosas layered with chickpeas, potatoes, yogurt, mint with coriander chutney & tamarind chutney

Turmeric, cumin & coriander pudlas with grated paneer, peas, cumin, green chillies & apple chutney


Goat curry with onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, chillies & spices 

Okra cooked in onions, chillies, tomato purée, spices & coconut milk

Bother served with green split pea dal, jeera rice, kachumber salad & raita 


Peach, coconut & rose lassi


Apricot & saffron galette with elderflower and rose scented geranium strawberries, saffron and cardamom shrikhand


Fresh mint tea, dark chocolate mint leaves & cardamom & pistachio sablés
