Flaming Flamingo & Curry Night

Flaming Flamingo is teaming up with Som Saa chef Shaun Beagley to host a vegetable led dinner.  Shaun, who runs the popular pop up Curry Nights is passionate about authentic Thai cuisine. 


Pre dinner snacks to start


Beet poke with lightly pickled kohlrabi, furikake, crispy seasoned rice paper


Geng gari -

Aromatic curry of vegetables with cucumber relish


Yam pak -

Fruit & vegetable salad with palm sugar and tamarind dressing

Geng juet -

Chinese style soup with tofu, bean sprout & shiitake


Spiked rhubarb with kaffir lime scented coconut & peanut crunch


The vibe of the evening is relaxed, friendly. A opportunity to try new and delicious flavours, meet new people, and have a good time!
