Ad Hoc Events staff

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused and proactive person to work at and oversee events here at Benk + Bo. As part of our Events Team you will independently work at our events ensuring that our clients have the best possible experience of the Benk + Bo events space and offering. This includes ensuring that clients understand the building, making sure that their events run smoothly and that any issues are dealt with proactively and professionally. We are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and who always looks to go above and beyond. This is a really exciting time for Benk + Bo and so the ideal candidate would be looking to join us on this journey and bring a new and exciting range of skills and ideas to the role.


What We’re Looking For:

  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude. 

  • A natural problem solver, comfortable with working independently and thinking on their feet.

  • Someone who understands and embraces the core values of Benk + Bo and is confident in communicating these to our customers.

  • Personable, reliable, extremely customer focused and always looking to exceed expectations. 

  • Organised and methodical.

  • Previous experience in an events or hospitality environment, ideally in a supervisory role or with some experience of management.

  • Experience making cocktails and coffee not essential but a bonus.
