New class alert! Coming up every Wednesday at 6.30pm with our very own @o_livewell @olivialumb 👩🏻‍🎤 // Lumb's Bums + Tums is a 50 minute cardio & conditioning class designed to burn fat & build strength, focusing on the lower body & core. The class begins with 20 minutes of leg-n-bum-burning aerobics to increase the heart rate and get you hot as hell. Then we’ll be working with resistance bands, ankle weights and sliders to build on your booties and chisel the core with small muscle isolations and isometric holds. We’ll cool down with a long and juicy yoga-inspired stretch to keep you lit & limber. 🎟 🎟 🎟 🎟 🎟 🎟 🎟 Wanna test it out? Olivia is running two FREE trial classes 7.45pm tomorrow (Tuesday) and 5.30pm Monday 21st Jan. Sign up for the trial sessions in our inbox!

Heya folks! Today and Tomorrow we have limited opening hours due to a private hire. WEDS/today we close at 3pm and THURS/tomorrow we are closed all day. In case you need inspiration on what to do with a whole day without Benk + Bo: some of our favorite things to do in London is walking through Walthamstow marshes up to the wetlands or collecting seashells and stones from the sandy beaches that appear on low tide on the Thames. See yaaaa 🌊🐚
