THE CLASS BEGINS WITH 20 MINUTES OF STANDING LEG-N-BUM-BURNING STRENGTH EXERCISES WITH SHORT BURSTS OF HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO TO INCREASE THE HEART RATE AND GET YOU HOT AS HELL. THEN WE’LL MOVE ON TO THE FLOOR AND USE RESISTANCE BANDS, ANKLE WEIGHTS AND SLIDERS TO BUILD ON OUR BOOTIES AND CHISEL OUR CORE WITH SMALL MUSCLE ISOLATIONS AND ISOMETRIC HOLDS.
