LGF/GF EVENT SPACE

Our 42sqft LGF event space is surrounded by gorgeous greenery and is perfect for intimate dining events for up to 40 guests. Combine this with our GF lounge area (often utilised as a drinks reception) and our enormous kitchen boasting a huge variety of equipment, you have everything you need to host a beautiful supperclub for your guests.

The stunning features of this Brutalist building combined with the minimal Scandinavian decor provides a very stylish but flexible blank canvas to accommodate the design for your event. All you need to bring is yourselves, some personal touches, great vibes and some delicious food!

KITCHEN

Benk+Bo is a vegetarian kitchen therefore your own chopping boards, knives and oil for the fryer will need to be provided if cooking meat/fish at your event.

You can rent this kitchen out alone for £15 per hour.

CATERING

Benk+Bo can provide bespoke vegetarian menus based on your budget per head for the event. If you are interested in having a sample menu devised please email your requirements and budget to catering@benkandbo.com.

Interested in having the Benk+Bo bar open for your event?

We transform the ground floor counter into a cosy bar serving a range of delicious organic wines from PassioneVino as well as local craft beers and specially curated Benk+Bo cocktails from Liquid Intellect. This comes at no extra cost though a minimum spend of £250 is applicable for this service. We are happy to stock and serve additional alcohol if pre-paid by the client.

BYOB is welcomed though a corkage fee of £3 per person applies. This is to be paid in the till on the night of the event depending on the number of attendees.

WELLNESS EVENTS

We have hosted a wide variety of wellness events and worked with some amazing brands at Benk+Bo so far. Our 70sqm light and airy yoga studio and 2 smaller rooms which can be utilised for treatments combined with 2 floor event space and kitchen creates the perfect three story haven for all things wellness.

FOOD

Interested in having our cafe open for your event? We can open up our cafe counter serving delicious coffee from Dark Arts Roasters in Hackney and a wonderful selection of teas, drinking chocolate and matcha drinks. Benk+Bo also provide bespoke healthy plant-based menus based on your budget per head and dietary requirements. Please fill in this form to submit your request to the catering team.


YOGA STUDIO

We offer a 70sqm space with natural light, plants, cork flooring and a mirrored wall with a linen curtain. The studio fits 25 mats and is fitted with a SONOS sound system and Philips Hue bulbs that allow the user to set their own mood. We provide 25 anti-slip mats from Lululemon, 25 mats for cushioning if required and blocks and straps.

MEETING ROOM & PIANO ROOM

Our meeting room and piano room is suitable for up to 8 people in boardroom style or can be adapted to your event needs. Previously this space has been used for massages and treatments during wellness retreats, or for small workshops such as paperflower making or spooncarving. The hire of this space includes use of projector and whiteboard, marker pens, flipchart paper and post it notes, though we welcome ideas for how to utilise this room for your event.

WORKSHOPS

Benk + Bo is built from the concept of bringing creatives from different disciplines together to work and create, socialise and collaborate. We have strong desire to fill our calendar with lots of interesting workshops and love hearing ideas of how the space can be transformed. Please get in touch with your ideas and we will always try our best to accommodate your events needs!

WORKSHOPS WE’VE HOSTED SO FAR

Spooncarving, life drawing, baking, cooking classes, calligraphy, leather cardholder making, paper marbling, paper flower making, collaging and many more.

AVAILABLE SPACES

The ground floor seats 30 and the basement area can seat 40. If you have a small workshop in mind our meeting room seats 8 in boardroom style seating (see above) or you could even use our yoga studio for up to 30 (see above).

PRICING


Mon-Thurs 6-9pm = £200 + £45 per hour after 9pm

Meeting room = £25 per hour between 9-6pm Mon-Fri or £35 on weekday evenings and weekends

YOGA BRUNCH (weekends only)
9-4pm slot in the LGF event space, kitchen + 1 hr in the yoga studio (choose your own time) = £380
Additional time in the studio is £25 per hour during the time slot. 

SUPPERCLUB
Mon-Thurs
6-11pm (4pm kitchen access for prep) slot in the LGF space + kitchen = £350
Fri/Sat/Sun
4-11pm slot in LGF event space + kitchen = £400

ALCOHOL
