Plate Summer Supper Club

Plate returns this summer with their Summer Supper Club being hosted by Benk + Bo!

This Supper Club will offer a 4 course fine dining menu showcasing the best of British seasonal produce. Your ticket will cover your 4 course meal, finished off with a shot at the end of the night with the Chefs as well as corkage, as this is a BYOB event.

MENU

FIRST COURSE: 

Isle Of White tomatoes, whipped goats curd, sourdough crisp, basil oil

STARTER:

Dorset crab scotch quails egg, asparagus veloute

MAIN COURSE:

Fillet of lamb, lamb and mint croquette, charred hispi cabbage, anchovy butter, roast garlic puree, lamb jus

DESSERT:

"Strawberries and Cream"

Vanilla parfait, strawberry gel, strawberry dust, fresh strawberries, pistachios

Vegetarian Options available

Tickets: The cost of the ticket for the night is £50, covering all of the above.
