Through this workshop we aim to get you unstuck and on the road to living the life you want. You will deepen your understanding of yourself and learn the simple, practical tools to make real, positive change in your life.
What to Expect:
Using a combination of life coaching and mindfulness techniques, this workshop will take you on a journey comprising of three key stages:
1. Understanding and knowing yourself
Exploring where you are now and what is holding you back
2. Self awareness and self compassion
Learn practical techiques that help you tune in and recognise when unhelpful thoughts and behaviours are happening, then help you overcome them
3. New practices and starting now
Identifying where you want to be and planning how to get there. Learning how to overcome mental barriers and to create new habits.
About the workshop leaders
Proceedings will be led by Joel Drapkin, an ICF accredited Life Coach with a deep passion for and extensive experience in helping people to unlock their true potential. Mindfulness exercises will be led by Luke Campion, Founder of Lifted and mindfulness enthusiast.
Food and Drink
Included in your ticket will be fruit, pastries, tea, coffee and drinking water. Lunch won't be included but we are a only a brisk, refreshing walk away from Spitalfields market and Aldgate East.
What to Bring
We will provide notepads, pens and workbooks. You just need to bring yourself (ideally well rested and with a healthy breakfast in your tummy).
