The Compass of Self

As we enter a new exciting year we want to make sure that we are setting ourselves up for smooth success. I am a big believer in the power of manifestation, and the impact it can have on ones life.

In this workshop we'll practice Yoga Asana to ease up our bodies and minds. When we breathe and create space within, we can observe our thoughts more clearly. And when the stillness is there, movement shows up imminently. Along with yoga, we'll also explore guided meditation: Dharana, focus. The second part of the workshop will be journaling exercises. This is where we learn what manifestation is, how to manifest and the many ways of performing it. We will work with intention setting and explore some interesting questions and thoughts, along take-away home exercises for you to continue the exploration at home and through life.

Always remember that the four corners of your mat is a safe and sacred space for you to unfold your desires and feelings. This event is perfect for you who want to dream big and and embrace all life's different chapters. It's for you who arent afraid of exploring the corners of your mind and reaching to your full potential.
