Hypermobility & Yoga: Be Kind To Your Body

Not sure how hypermobility effects your practice, or your students' practice? In our yoga practice, we're almost constantly told to "microbend" our elbows, to stop "locking out" our knees. But what does this actually mean, and where does the root cause lie?

Leave with a better understanding of hypermobility: it's causes, consequences, and strategies for working with hypermobility, rather than against it.

Join senior teacher, Harriet McAtee, for a workshop dedicated to unpacking hypermobility, including:

  • Anatomy & Physiology of Hypermobility

  • Common Myths & Misconceptions

  • Rethinking Hypermobility: Managing Frustration & Expectation

  • Being Kind to Your Body: Techniques for Hypermobility in Yoga Practice
