Our bakery is situated in lower ground floor where our head baker Julien Valmier is responsible for some serious mouth watering treats. 
Julien's past involves being the pastry teacher at Le Cordon Bleu, head baker for Peyton and Byrne, Manager of Boulangerie Pain Blanc in Nagoya and latest being the head baker of The Savoy Hotel in London.

Alongside Valmier is Rosi Vasileva, former pastry chef from the Shangri-La Hotel.

We belive in hard work, small batches, skilled hands, no compromise on ingredients or time and only  presenting you with food that we love to eat ourselves.


Every day we will offer fresh sourdough, tarts, cakes, croissants as well as various other delicious pastries inspired by Scandinavia and France. 
We are also up for any challenges if there is a special something that you miss the taste of in London!

We are available for pre-ordered breakfasts/ lunches for the whole office.

Every day we have a fresh collection of pastries, breads, toasties, salads as well as our made to order menu. We dont mind experimenting with dietary requirements and if you have any requests dont be scared to shoot them our way.
